On site facilities
We currently offer drive-and-survive accommodation, providing anglers with all the essential facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
The lodge is powered by solar energy, supplying electricity for a fridge, lighting, and multiple USB charging points. Guests also have access to a flushing toilet, wash basin, and hot showers, with water heated by a gas boiler.
If you’d like to take a break from fishing, there is a covered outdoor area overlooking the lake, complete with a brick barbecue, benches, and a large table for all guests.
Local Amenities
The lake has several local villages nearby, the closest is Nantiat, which is 7 km away. This has a Supermarket, a baker, a Tabac, a 24-hour self-serve Petrol Station, a Pizza Van, and a baguette vending machine!
Bellac is 18 km away. This is much larger and has everything, restaurants, pubs, shops, fuel, DIY, and a large fishing shop selling all the major brands.
Lac de Saint-Pardoux, with its freshwater beach, water sports, and new aquatic center featuring an indoor/outdoor pool and water slides, is 14 km away.
